Learn About Your Biorhythm Online

According to biorhythm theory, a person’s life is influenced by rhythmic cycles of biological nature that affect their activities and abilities in three main areas which are mental, physical, and emotional.

These biorhythmic cycles begin at birth and oscillate in a steady (sine wave) fashion throughout a person’s life. Keep reading to see what exactly sine wave means.

How Do You Calculate Your Biorhythms?

By modeling biorhythms mathematically, I suggested that a person’s level of ability in each of the areas can be predicted on a day-to-day basis.

The biorhythm theory is built around the idea of the biofeedback chemical and hormonal secretion functions. It says that within the body, these two could show the form of a sine curve or sine wave type of behavior over time.

What Is Meant By Sine Wave Behavior?

A sine wave is also called a sinusoidal wave. Sine wave technology is a very natural way of representing how things in nature change state.

A sine wave, or sinusoidal wave, shows how the amplitude of a variable changes within a particular time frame.

On a chart that measures sine wave behaviour, you can see the number of times the sine wave goes through a complete cycle—crosses zero—in the space of 1 second.

Each time this sine wave completes one cycle, we call it the frequency and allows accurate measurement of the biorhythm.

What Are The Cycles Of Biorhythms?

There are a total of 6 primary biorhythms and 6 secondary biorhythms. The basic three primary biorhythms are:

  • Physical cycle (23 days Circavigintan, coordination, strength, well-being)
  • Emotional cycle (28 days; Circatrigintan, creativity, sensitivity, mood, perception, awareness)
  • Intellectual cycle (33 days; Circatrigintan, alertness, analytical functioning, logical analysis, memory or recall, communication)

Each of these cycles varies between high and low extremes within the sine wave. Each has days where the cycle crosses the zero line described as “critical days.” These critical days of the biorhythm are also known as being of greater risk or uncertainty.

Can Biorhythms Be Used To Make Me Happier?

Although many will dismiss biorhythm science as just pseudoscience, there is proof something more applies to them. Understanding your body’s biorhythm can help you have more confidence in yourself and have something to base your feelings on.

Sort of like a guidance system to trust as you go throughout your day.

It can be much like when people read a horoscope yet with more in-depth data and with a more scientific approach.

Many people say they are happier after understanding their biorhythms. You can use your biorhythms to become a happier and more productive person by combining your three primary biorhythm cycles into three secondary biorhythms.

Once you do this, you can then have greater control over your life and make your life much happier. Best of all, you are in the driver’s seat toward your destiny.
